Notice is hereby given that Big Lakes County intends to close a portion of undeveloped road allowance for the purpose of leasing described as follows:
Meridian 5 Range 16 Township 77
All that portion of the original government road allowance adjoining the north boundary of the North East Quarter Section 33 beginning at a point that is 110.19 m West of the NE corner of Section 33, then parallel and westerly with the boundary of said quarter section and terminating at the N 1/4 of said section (approximately 692 m).
Excepting thereout all mines and minerals.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Big Lakes County Council Chambers in High Prairie.
